During college, I worked at the Green Street Arts Center in Middletown, CT.

My freshman and sophomore years, I worked as a volunteer, assisting students with their homework and acting as a Teaching Assistant in the tap class.

My junior year, I was hired as the Creative Arts Fellow. I worked with the Volunteer Coordinator to oversee the program, which had approximately 70 children ages 7-12. We supervised students and their volunteer tutors during homework time, mediated disputes between students, implemented positive behavior reward systems, communicated with teachers and parents, and ran weekly community meetings.
